Business Banking

Improving our competitive position in Business Banking remains a strategic priority. At a time when other banks have experienced declining loan balances, we have been growing ours and gaining market share. In SME lending, we are growing balances at an annualised rate of 7 per cent, well ahead of system growth. In Business Banking, our customer satisfaction score as measured by TNS has improved from 56.5 per cent to 67.9 per cent, and we have shown the fastest rate of improvement amongst the major banks. Further reinforcing the progress we have made, the recent DBM Business Financial Services Monitor survey recognised the Group as the number one major bank across all business segments.
